Assembly Associate - 2nd Shift

Location: Spring Hill, TN

We are seeking dedicated Assembly Associates to join a leading automotive manufacturing team in Spring Hill, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking for stable, full-time employment in a fast-paced production environment.

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to production specifications
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment required
• Previous assembly experience is preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
