Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Licensed Masters Mental Health Professional to provide evidence-based assessment, therapy, and care coordination for diverse patient populations within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will deliver individual, group, and family psychotherapy, complete diagnostic evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. You will maintain accurate clinical documentation, participate in case conferences, and contribute to quality-improvement initiatives in a supportive, innovation‑focused environment.
