Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who loves leading people, building strong patient relationships, and creating a positive, well-run dental practice?
New Day Dentistry is looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our established Lakewood practice.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit team, values exceptional patient care, and has the leadership skills to help a successful dental office continue to grow.

Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
We would also love to find someone who is open to working occasional Fridays as needed.
The Opportunity
As the Dental Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the team, maintaining an efficient office environment, and helping ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.
The ideal candidate is a confident, organized, people-focused leader who understands the unique demands of managing a dental practice.
Responsibilities may include:
- Leading and supporting the dental office team
- Managing daily office operations and workflow
- Supporting patient satisfaction and relationship-building
- Helping maintain a positive, productive team culture
- Overseeing front-office processes and administrative operations
- Supporting scheduling, collections, insurance, and financial processes
- Monitoring office performance and helping achieve practice goals
- Working closely with the dentist and team to ensure smooth operations
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members
- Helping maintain a high standard of patient care and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of dental office management experience
- Strong understanding of dental office operations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lead with confidence while building strong relationships
- Experience with dental insurance, scheduling, collections, and practice operations
- A genuine commitment to creating an excellent patient experience
- Flexibility and willingness to work occasional Fridays when needed
