Machinist

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in vacuum bagging and composite tooling materials, is seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join their dynamic team.

Job Title: Machine Operators

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Range: $21.00 to $22.50 an hour

Shift: The company works 24/7 7 days a week. They have 3 shifts available to choose from.

What's the Job?

• Operate equipment to package roll material from the winder according to work order instructions
• Load and unload rolls safely while following established safety protocols
• Prepare samples of finished products and print/apply labels for customer shipments
• Perform machine set-ups and adjustments following standard operating procedures and work order requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing, production, packaging, or related environment
• Ability to read, understand, and accurately follow work orders, production instructions, and technical drawings
• Experience performing machine set-ups, adjustments, and routine equipment checks
• Ability to package finished roll products according to customer specifications and work order requirements
• Strong quality awareness with the ability to identify and communicate production issues during the manufacturing process
