Attar Dental is a private, single-doctor general dentistry practice located in Libertyville, IL. Our small team allows for a close-knit culture, strong patient relationships, and a high level of clinical autonomy. We are looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our practice and become an important part of our continued growth.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a dentist who wants to practice dentistry on their own terms while enjoying the support of an established private practice.

• 33% of collections, less 50% of laboratory fees
• Strong earning potential with an established patient base and approximately 95% collection rate
• Monday–Thursday schedule, with flexibility for a Tuesday–Thursday schedule
• Primarily fee-for-service patient base
• In-network with Delta Dental Premier
• Initial 1-year associate agreement, with potential for a long-term/full-time position afterward
• Potential future partnership/ownership opportunity for the right individual

You’ll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive general dentistry and develop your own patient relationships without the layers and bureaucracy of a large corporate practice.

We’re looking for a confident, personable General Dentist who takes pride in their clinical work and enjoys getting to know their patients.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Comfortable practicing independently in a solo-doctor environment
• Strong in diagnosis, treatment planning, and comprehensive general dentistry
• Patient-focused with excellent communication skills
• Motivated to build a long-term patient base
• Dependable, professional, and eager to contribute to a small team

We welcome dentists with additional clinical interests and skills. Endodontics and other advanced procedures are a plus, but absolutely not required. Our focus is finding the right GP who is comfortable with comprehensive, bread-and-butter dentistry.
