Full job description
We are looking for an Executive Chef to lead our Wedding Venue Operation. This role provides you with an opportunity to lead an event, have some creativity in the menu and work with a collaborative owner to exceed guests' expectations.

Executive Chef Qualifications
- A history of successful leadership, coaching and training teams
- A strong understanding of Food Cost and pricing menu items
- Menu curation
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with wedding venues or catering large private events is preferred
- Ability to work independently with autonomy
Executive Chef Responsibilities
- Manage a small kitchen staff
- Drive and manage the kitchen side of the catering business
- Manage, create and drive menu development, while managing the current menu
