Nurse Practitioner

TruHealth LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver holistic, preventive-focused primary care in our wellness-driven practice. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage common conditions, and design personalized care and wellness plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle modification, and preventive strategies. Partnering closely with physicians and wellness specialists, you will provide ongoing health coaching, patient education, and follow-up to help clients reach measurable health goals. Responsibilities include ordering and interpreting labs, documenting in the EHR, and contributing to population health and quality initiatives.
