SharePoint / Content Migration Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

*Migrate content, documents, pages, and digital resources from a legacy intranet to the new platform.
*Review and organize content structures to ensure consistency and intuitive navigation.
*Update formatting, links, metadata, and page layouts as part of the migration process.
*Perform quality assurance reviews to verify content accuracy, completeness, and functionality.
*Collaborate with marketing and business stakeholders to prioritize migration activities.
*Document migration procedures and track progress against project timelines.
*Identify and escalate content issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
*Ensure migrated content follows established organizational and content-management standards.

Required Qualifications

*Experience with website, intranet, SharePoint, or content migration projects.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
*Experience managing and organizing large volumes of digital content.
*Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and content management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

*Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Viva Connections, or modern intranet platforms.
*Background in marketing, communications, digital content management, or content operations.
*Experience supporting content migration, restructuring, or intranet modernization initiatives.
