Perform manufacturing operations, working from Solumina Manufacturing Execution System, blueprints, sketches, other authorized documents and/or oral instructions.
Perform layout, mock-up, fitting, and assembly of details and components required in the completion of complex specialized manifolding, piping, and tubing configuration.
Cut, form, bend, and install tubing, piping, conduit, and metal paneling using tube cutters, tube bending equipment, saws, and hand tools. Braze tubing as required.
Select materials, tooling and testing equipment and utilize in a manner to accomplish the required functional test of pipe valve skids and other assemblies that may require testing.
Perform pipe hydrotesting as required.
Use precision measuring instruments, such as dial indicators, transits, and micrometers to inspect components and assembly conformance to print.
Set up and layout for welders. Perform necessary kitting, prepping, and cleaning up as required.
Perform work operation under direct guidance where adequate information has not yet been determined and furnished, such as routing and part locations and where critical dimensions, locations, adjustment, and coordinated locations are required.
Perform any operation required to fabricate and assemble all types of parts and assemblies.
Set up and operate all equipment necessary to perform the required duties.
Work with or without jigs and fixtures as required.
Perform, repair, or rework, including major rework, on components, and assemblies.
Fabricate shop and tooling aids as required.
Operate material moving and handling equipment and perform movement of work piece from one production location to another.
Engage in continuous improvement activities to improve safety, quality, velocity and cost within Pipes and Structures Manufacturing department.

Summary Pay Range:
$22.05 - $37.86

- Understanding and commitment to safety in a manufacturing environment
- Related industrial/manufacturing experience, formal certification or equivalent
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, datum lines and tolerances to produce defect-free work
- Ability to operate shop equipment, hand tools, measuring devices and inspection equipment
- Proficiency in shop math
- Comfortable in using a computer
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English language
- Willing to engage or take initiative to improve safety, quality, velocity and minimize cost
- Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 35lbs and wear welder face shield
- Willing to work any shift
