We are a premier behavioral health organization providing comprehensive mental health services across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated care settings.

Licensed therapists may build a practice centered on outpatient counseling, inpatient behavioral health, or a combination of both. Depending on the clinical program and patient population, potential hybrid flexibility may also be available.

You will work alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, nursing professionals, care coordinators, and administrative support teams. This is not a model where the therapist is expected to provide excellent care, manage every crisis, chase every authorization, complete endless documentation, and somehow remain perfectly refreshed for the next session.

You became a therapist to help people understand themselves, navigate difficult circumstances, and build healthier lives—not to become a professional paperwork wrestler with therapy appointments between forms.

Job Details

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
• Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy within an outpatient, inpatient, or blended clinical setting
• Use appropriate therapeutic approaches to help patients manage psychiatric symptoms, trauma, relationships, life transitions, and behavioral health challenges
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, nursing professionals, and other members of the treatment team
• Monitor patient progress, update treatment goals, and coordinate appropriate services or levels of care
• Participate in program development, clinical supervision, education, or quality initiatives based on your interests and experience

SKILLS YOU NEED
• Required: Active or eligible independent behavioral health license, such as LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LPC, LPCC, or LMFT, as applicable
• Required: Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline
• Required: Experience providing psychotherapy, counseling, or behavioral health treatment to an appropriate patient population
• Preferred: Experience in outpatient mental health, inpatient psychiatry, community behavioral health, integrated care, crisis services, or teletherapy
