Seeking Engaging Babysitter for Toddler on Flexible Weekday Afternoons

We seek a calm, patient, and experienced nanny for our baby (Sep-Nov, possibly Jan onward). Hours: T-Th 2-6 p.m. If you can help with housekeeping and meal preparation, your hours can be extended. Our baby is happy and easygoing once comfortable. Hes slow to warm up to new people and may cry initially, but does well when observed with a parent nearby. We seek someone who understands this stage and builds trust at his pace. Ideal candidate: - Experience with slow-to-warm-up babies - Comfortable soothing a crying baby - Attentive, safety-minded, and protective - Willing to do a gradual transition We value patience, consistency, and creating a secure environment.
