BJC HealthCare is seeking an Inpatient Surgical Registered Nurse to provide expert, compassionate care to adult surgical patients in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. Based within a leading non-profit system, you will coordinate and deliver evidence-based post-operative care, including assessments, medication administration, wound and pain management, and discharge planning. You’ll collaborate closely with surgeons and interdisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and exceptional patient outcomes while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
