Build a Premier Stone Disease Program with UPMC Central PA

UPMC Central Pennsylvania is seeking a

Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Urologist with fellowship training in Endourology and Stone Disease

to join our expanding urology service line. This is an exceptional opportunity to establish and grow a regional referral practice dedicated to the comprehensive management of urinary stone disease while practicing within one of the nations leading integrated health systems.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing a high-volume stone program serving patients throughout Central Pennsylvania and will work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.
Position Highlights

Develop and lead a regional referral program for complex stone disease
High procedural volume with immediate access to a large referral network
Dedicated operating room time and advanced endourologic equipment
Access to state-of-the-art technology, including:

Flexible digital ureteroscopy
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL)
Mini-PCNL capabilities
Holmium and thulium fiber laser technology
Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)

Collaborative practice with experienced urologists and advanced practice providers
Opportunity to participate in quality improvement, clinical research, and resident/student education

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Fellowship training in Endourology, Minimally Invasive Urologic Surgery, or Stone Disease preferred
Eligible for unrestricted Pennsylvania medical licensure
Expertise in advanced stone management, including ureteroscopy, PCNL, and complex stone reconstruction
Commitment to multidisciplinary, patient-centered care and program development
