Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $1500 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: HealthTrust Program - HCA - North FL Division.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: ICU experience required. ER experience required. Critical adult care experience required.

Unit Details: Level 2 NICU/peds is within scope. Uses AIDET for patient experience. Performs aerosol treatments, BiPAP management, ventilator management, intubation, arterial line insertion, and bedside bronchoscopy assist. Participates in daily nursing unit rounding. Uses various ventilators and BiPAPs, including Puritan Bennett 980 ventilators, Vapotherm, Phillips V60+, and Siemens EPOC bedside ABG analyzers.

Shift & Scheduling: Rotating weekends.

Floating Requirements: Will rotate throughout all inpatient units, including ICUs.

10 days maximum time off

1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
