What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily ready mix plant and production activities to achieve safety, quality, service, and operational goals.
  • Coordinate workforce, equipment, and production schedules to ensure efficient delivery of concrete products.
  • Promote and reinforce a strong safety culture through coaching, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor product quality and operational performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Build collaborative relationships with employees, customers, and internal business partners to support exceptional service.

What Are We Looking For

  • Demonstrated capability to lead teams, drive accountability, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Strong knowledge of ready mix operations, production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize work, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a ready mix plant environment with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, noise, dust, and vibration.
  • Requires the ability to inspect plant facilities, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs, and occasionally lift or move materials.
  • Schedule flexibility may be required to support operational and customer needs.
