Full job description
Health In Motion is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our collaborative outpatient team. You will evaluate patients with orthopedic and sports injuries, design evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training. Responsibilities include patient and family education, detailed EMR documentation, and close collaboration with PTAs and referring providers. We offer strong mentorship, continuing education support, and a patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and community wellness.
