General Manager

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $58,000–$62,500
• Annual bonus potential: Up to $6,000
• Profit sharing of 5%, eligibility after 1 year
• $20 a week gas stipend

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Work side-by-side with your team on the line during prep and peak service times
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build a strong, consistent staff
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory
• Oversee P&L performance and drive profitability
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience and handle customer concerns effectively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line and lead from the front
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including labor and cost control
• Proven ability to build, train, and retain a high-performing team
• Organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
