Your New Role

  • Work as an HVAC Installer serving residential and commercial customers throughout the North Austin Metro, Texas, 78758 area.

  • Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.

  • Remove existing HVAC equipment and complete replacement installations when required.

  • Install ductwork, piping, vents, thermostats, and additional HVAC system components.

  • Complete installations according to installation plans, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures.

  • Test and commission newly installed HVAC equipment to confirm proper system operation and performance.

  • Identify and troubleshoot HVAC installation issues in the field and complete appropriate solutions.

  • Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout each installation.

  • Complete required HVAC installation documentation accurately and on time.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, technicians, and other team members.

  • Apply your knowledge of HVAC equipment, air conditioning systems, heating systems, ductwork, refrigerant systems, and HVAC installation practices on the job.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of HVAC installation experience required.

  • Working knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC equipment, installation methods, and hand and power tools.

  • Ability to read and interpret installation instructions, blueprints, and technical documentation.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • EPA Section 608 Certification preferred.

  • NATE Certification or equivalent industry certification preferred.

  • Experience installing a variety of residential and commercial HVAC equipment is a plus.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.

  • Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and work in confined spaces when necessary.

  • Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather and job site conditions.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, high quality workmanship.
