Full job description

Our client, a leading manufacturing and service organization, is seeking a Receiving Coordinator to join their team. As a Receiving Coordinator, you will be part of the Materials department supporting the Service team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Receiving Coordinator

Location: Bellevue, WA

Pay Range: $25-27

Shift: Day shift

What's the Job?

  • Receive customer instruments, verify shipment contents, and accurately enter receipts into company systems.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage and resolve discrepancies with appropriate teams.
  • Label, identify, and route service instruments to the correct departments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory transactions and documentation within ERP and warehouse management systems.
  • Organize and maintain receiving areas to ensure efficient workflow and material traceability.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable using ERP systems, warehouse software, and Microsoft Office applications.
