Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for diverse adult Med-Surg patients, coordinate interdisciplinary rehabilitation services, and educate patients and families on recovery and self-care. You will monitor vital signs, administer medications, manage IVs and wound care, and respond to changes in patient condition.
