Hiring an afterschool nanny for 2 kids (5yo boy and 7yo girl) near City Park

We are looking for a responsible, loving person to pick our kids up from school and spend the afternoon doing fun and engaging activities with them. Pay $32-35+/hour. Hours approx. 3/3:30 to 6/6:30pm, M-F, though we have a bit of flexibility (and can offer more hours if you'd like). We’re looking for a special person to fill this position as both of our kids are neurodiverse--they are very smart (too smart sometimes), but they do experience emotions intensely. This can mean loud outbursts, throwing, hitting, kicking, etc. We’re looking for someone who has experience with this type of behavior and can calmly and lovingly support them through both the fun times and the hard ones.
