PKF O’Connor Davies is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Marketing Coordinator to join its Content and Strategy team. This role is ideal for a strong writer and project manager who can develop polished communications while managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.

The Senior Marketing Coordinator will support firmwide marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the PKF O’Connor Davies brand among employees, clients and prospects. The role will collaborate with Marketing colleagues, internal subject matter experts and external vendors to develop content, coordinate campaigns and manage key strategic projects, including the Firm’s ongoing industry studies.

Essential Duties:

  • Assist with onboarding of new firms, Partners and Directors.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing plans, strategic initiatives and special projects, managing timelines, deliverables, stakeholders and budgets from concept through completion.
  • Serve as project lead for ongoing Firm studies and research-based initiatives, coordinating vendors, internal contributors, content development, final materials and related promotional activities.
  • Develop, edit and proofread high-quality marketing and communications materials, including thought leadership, client communications, presentations, collateral and event materials.
  • Manage the development and production of practice-, industry- and service-specific marketing materials, coordinating creative and design work with internal teams and external resources.
  • Ensure all materials are accurate, well organized and consistent with Firm brand and style guidelines.
  • Maintain project plans, editorial calendars and document-management systems to support efficient workflow, clear communication and on-time delivery.
  • Support firmwide branding, thought leadership and other priority marketing initiatives, including one-off requests from Partners, administrative professionals and internal teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration or a related field, with at least three years of relevant marketing, communications or project management experience.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor content for a range of internal and external audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, establish priorities, coordinate stakeholders and meet deadlines.
  • Highly detail-oriented, organized and committed to producing accurate, polished work.
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels across the Firm.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to shift priorities and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, initiative and a positive work ethic.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with a CPA firm or professional services organization preferred.
  • Occasional travel to other office locations for firm meetings and events.
  • Must be in office 3 days per week.

Compensation & Benefits:

The compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 - $70,000. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, office location as well as the individual’s qualifications, experience, skills, and certifications.
