CNC Technician

Manpower is seeking an experienced CNC Technician to support manufacturing operations through CNC programming, machine setup, troubleshooting, tooling management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role plays a key part in optimizing machining processes, maintaining production quality, and minimizing downtime.

Location: Sterling Heights, MI

Pay Rate: $28.84

Shift: 1st & 2nd

What is the Job:

• Develop and maintain CNC programs using manual programming and CAM software.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot CNC lathes and vertical mills.
• Monitor and optimize tooling performance, cycle times, and machining efficiency.
• Train and support CNC Operators with tool changes, insert changes, and robot teaching.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Tool & Die, Quality, and Engineering teams on production and improvement projects.

• Minimum of 5 years of CNC programming and machine setup experience.
• Strong knowledge of G-Code programming and machining fundamentals.
• Experience with CNC lathes, mills, and production machining environments.
• Blueprint reading skills required.
