As a Registered Nurse on Trusted Health’s Neuro Cardiac Unit, you’ll deliver specialized care to adults with complex neurological and cardiac conditions in a fast-paced acute setting. You will perform detailed assessments, monitor telemetry and neuro status, coordinate multidisciplinary care plans, and educate patients and families throughout the care continuum. You’ll document thoroughly in the EHR, support quality and safety initiatives, and collaborate closely with physicians and allied clinicians.
