Legal Operations Manager, Commercial Real Estate

A growing real estate company is looking for a legal minded professional to support ownership across acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development. This role is open to both senior commercial real estate paralegals and junior to mid level real estate attorneys who are willing to work hands on.

What you will do:

• Review and comment on purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing materials
• Prepare issue summaries, lease abstracts, and decision memos for ownership
• Track diligence deadlines and coordinate closings from start to finish
• Support leasing, financing, and development/redevelopment activity

What you bring:

• Commercial real estate legal or transaction experience, residential only backgrounds will not fit
• Strong writing skills and the ability to spot issues, not just process paperwork
• Comfort handling both higher level comments and hands on coordination work
• Attorney candidates or senior paralegals both welcome to apply
