Physical Therapist

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Physical Therapist for our acute care team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat hospitalized patients with complex medical conditions, focusing on restoring mobility, function, and safety. Responsibilities include performing evidence-based assessments, developing and updating individualized care plans, providing therapeutic interventions, and educating patients and families on mobility, precautions, and discharge needs. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment that values compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
