Inpatient Rehabilitation LPN/LVN

Encompass Health is seeking an LPN/LVN to deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you’ll support patients recovering from major illnesses and injuries, performing assessments, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, providing wound and IV care, and assisting with mobility and ADLs. You’ll collaborate closely with RNs, therapists, and physicians to implement individualized care plans, document in the EHR, reinforce patient and family education, and promote safety.
