Full job description
Susquehanna Service Dogs is seeking a full-time Partner Services Coordinator to join in our mission of providing service dogs that give people the confidence to live more independent lives, doing things they didn’t think possible.
The Partner Services Coordinator oversees the assistance and facility dog application process from inquiry through addition to the waiting list. This position is responsible for coordinating the review of applications, conducting interviews and assessing applicant suitability. The Partner Services Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with partners, their supports, volunteers, and other people involved.
Position Details:
- $19.00 per hour, may increase based on experience
- Full time, non-exempt position
- Position requires some travel to locations throughout program service area

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field. A combination of education and experience that provides the needed skills and knowledge may be considered.
- Two (2) years of experience in the human services or customer service field.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to read, understand, and apply written information.
- Comfort using computers and learning new software or online systems.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of pre-employment process, including Criminal History, Child Abuse and FBI clearances.
