In this role, you will oversee daily clinical operations on the unit, provide direct patient care, support and guide nursing staff, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards in a long-term care setting. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while mentoring staff and promoting best practices.
