Full job description
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required. Employer will not provide training for entry-level candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high patient volumes. Typical clinic expectations average approximately 65 patients per week (about 13 per day) with 30-minute bookings and 1-hour initial consultations.
- Experience working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary setting including chiropractors and massage therapists is preferred.
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required.
- Availability to work the clinic schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.
