Who We Are:

We are a growing multidisciplinary team of motivated engineers and scientists dedicated to solving our clients' technical challenges. By joining our team, you will receive an additional $500 in your first paycheck, minus taxes.

Objectives of this Role:

  • Assemble and refine electromechanical prototypes with practical skill in system integration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced assemblies.
  • Assisting in specialized fabrication and assembly techniques. Includes system integration of complex designs with process/procedure writing.
  • Adhere to technical specifications and safety protocols.
  • Contributing input for improvements throughout the lifecycle of projects.
  • Address complex issues in fabrication/assembly across various domains—mechanics, optical systems, packaging, electronics & more.
  • Supervision of subordinate technical support staff on specific tasks to effectively complete project objectives is preferred.


Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in the design and refinement of fabricated components, ensuring prototypes meet both visual and functional specifications.
  • Assist as needed with logging test data and computer related activities.
  • Safe operation of the technical equipment, storage of tools, storage of hazardous materials (lubricants, batteries) and troubleshooting test set failures.
  • Collaborate with technicians and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Adhering to industry best practices and capturing progress in fabrication and testing.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex test and mechanical equipment, ensuring optimal performance based on provided system requirements.
  • Support design, assembly, and testing, utilizing skills such as hands-on assembly, casting, detailed painting, and fabrication to ensure components meet design and quality standards.


Requirements:

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Active security clearance required.
  • 5-10 years: Proficient skills in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment and assemblies.
  • 5-10 years: Demonstrated strong organization skills and attention to detail, effective communication, proper use of tools and equipment, and execution of technical procedures.
  • 5-10 years: Experience in team leadership, adherence to safety protocols, and hazardous materials handling.
  • A valid/clear driver's license is required.


Special Requirements:

Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
