Neuro RN

Gifted Healthcare seeks a Neuro RN for a travel or local contract assignment in Morristown, NJ. The Neuro RN will provide comprehensive care to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke and post-surgical cases, in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include detailed neuro assessments, monitoring and interpreting neuro and cardiac status, administering medications, and supporting complex care plans. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while upholding high standards of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence.
