Nurse Extern

Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, NC is seeking a Nurse Extern to support bedside nursing care under RN supervision. In this learning-focused role, you will assist with vital signs, hygiene, mobility, specimen collection, and documentation while reinforcing classroom knowledge in a real clinical environment. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participate in patient admissions and discharges, and help maintain a safe, patient-centered environment. This position offers mentorship, exposure to diverse patient populations, and a pathway toward a future RN role within Mission Health and HCA Healthcare.
