Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 2 years of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• Travel experience is required.

• Experience with Cerner is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

Required Credentials: EKG test required.

Special Requests: No block schedule is offered; you must be flexible to meet the staffing needs of the unit. No time off is approved from 9/19-10/17 due to Epic Go Live.

Unit Details: Patient population is 18+, general Med/Surg.

Shift & Scheduling: Weekend shifts are required. The unit makes the schedule.

Floating Requirements: May float within 5 Med/Surg units. Float to the ER as needed.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months
