Speech Language Pathologist

School Speech Language Pathologist position for a 36-week contract in York, PA. Provide speech and language assessments, develop IEPs, deliver therapy, and collaborate with staff to support student progress. Earn up to $68 per hour and receive competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language assessments for students to determine their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized education plans in collaboration with educational staff.

• Deliver therapy sessions tailored to meet each student's unique communication goals.

• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.

• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other staff to support student success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or equivalent field.

• Current Pennsylvania state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a school setting with pediatric populations.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to pass background checks and child abuse clearances.

• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility.

• Availability to work Monday-Friday during typical school hours in person.

Preferred Skills:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
