Lead Sonographer

Wellstar is seeking a Lead Sonographer to provide advanced diagnostic ultrasound services and clinical leadership within our patient-centered care teams. In this role, you will perform complex exams, ensure high-quality imaging, and support accurate diagnoses across diverse patient populations. You will coordinate daily workflow, oversee equipment readiness, and champion safety and infection-control standards. As a clinical resource, you will mentor staff, support protocol and quality-improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with radiologists, providers, and nursing to improve outcomes in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
