OT Team Leader

As an OT Team Leader at Encompass Health, you will lead a team of occupational therapists and assistants in delivering evidence-based inpatient rehabilitation services. You will coordinate evaluations and individualized treatment plans, guide daily caseload management, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you’ll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, support staff development and mentoring, and monitor outcomes, safety, and regulatory compliance.
