Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you‘ll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy, with a bachelor’s or associate degree.
- Active state license required to start in Arizona.
- Experience in an outpatient clinic setting preferred.
- Experience supervising or mentoring licensed clinicians and support staff.
- Experience working with productivity and RVU-based compensation models.
- Comfortable working with a PT/PTA model supported by therapy technicians and front desk staff.
- Ability to manage a caseload and support a template-based schedule (30-minute scheduled templates common).
- Demonstrated collaborative and coachable approach to clinical operations and team development.
- Proficiency or willingness to use shared EMR and direct-message communication with referring providers.

Compensation Structure and Incentives
- Monthly RVU-based production bonuses with tiered payouts.
- Extra shift pay structure. Extra shifts contribute RVUs to monthly totals.
- Typical therapist weekly visits: average 65 visits/week per therapist YTD.
- High bonus attainment among therapists; average monthly bonus figures and tiers available.
- Sign-on and retention package available including a multi-component sign-on/production arrangement.

- Paid holidays: 7 days per year.
- Paid sick leave: 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (up to 40 hours per calendar year).

Patient Population and Operational Model
- Outpatient clinic serving an older-skewing patient population on the west side of Phoenix.
- Operational model typically includes a PT and PTA supported by a PT tech. PT and PTA maintain independent schedules.
- Clinic staffing includes dedicated front desk personnel.
- Productivity expectations include a 60-visit minimum per therapist in many locations; therapists may double-book as clinically appropriate.
