This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: Monday – Friday 8a-5p
· Patients per day: 18
· Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center
· Scope: Outpatient Clinic
· State Licensure: Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Board Certified or truly Board Eligible and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
· Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks
