Position OverviewAs a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia services across a variety of clinical settings, including surgical procedures, obstetrics, and other medical interventions. You ll work closely with anesthesiologists and the broader care team to ensure patient safety, comfort, and optimal outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia using intravenous, inhalation, and other techniques
Continuously monitor patient status during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed
Prepare, select, and test anesthesia equipment to ensure safe and effective operation
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical and safety standards
Master s degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited program
Current, active CRNA certification
Strong clinical judgment and ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
