Full job description
Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant
Make a meaningful impact in children’s lives—without giving up your daytime schedule. We’re seeking a dedicated Pediatric SLPA to provide in-home therapy during after-school hours, supporting children as they build communication, language, and feeding skills in the environments where they live and learn. These are established, after-school caseloads ready to go, allowing you to step in confidently and start making a difference right away.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Implement treatment plans to support each child’s speech, language, social communication, and feeding goals

Promote skill carryover by incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines and home environments

Monitor client progress and communicate updates with the supervising SLP

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy strategies at home
-
Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including daily notes and progress updates

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, family-centered care

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program required

Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license (or eligibility for licensure) required

Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
