Maintenance Technician

Lutheran Social Services of WI & UP MI seeks a Maintenance Technician to support safe, well-maintained spaces where clients receive care and support. In this role, you’ll perform routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues, and complete general building repairs such as carpentry and painting. You’ll respond to work orders and urgent calls, maintain documentation, and support safety and regulatory standards across residential and program facilities.
