Licensed Clinical Social Worker

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient therapy for children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting. In this hybrid role, you will complete biopsychosocial assessments, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individual and family therapy in-person and via telehealth, and coordinate care with psychiatry and community providers. You’ll document in a modern EHR, participate in case consultation, and benefit from strong administrative, scheduling, and technology support to focus on high-quality, accessible behavioral healthcare.
