Now Hiring: Experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Asphalt & Concrete Sales Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, sales, and project bidding for asphalt and concrete work.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate cost estimates for asphalt and concrete projects

Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

Develop proposals and submit competitive bids

Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors

Conduct site visits and assess project requirements

Support sales efforts and help build strong customer relationships

Qualifications:

Proven experience in asphalt and concrete estimating

Strong knowledge of materials, labor, and equipment costs

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office

Valid driver’s license preferred
