Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience required
• No new graduates
• Experience with Epic EMR

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Setting includes outpatient with possible inpatient support as needed
• One-to-one patient care
• Patient volume: 6 to 9 patients per day
