Physical Therapist

EnduraCare AcuteCare is seeking a clinically driven Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team within hospital-based rehabilitation settings. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients in acute care, LTACH, and post-acute units using evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, safety, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, and an interdisciplinary rehab team, document in the EMR, and support safe discharge planning.
