Start Date: Jan 2027
Schedule: Open Schedule, Monday - Thursday FT for 9-12 months
Shift times: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm
No call, No weekends
Setting: Multispecialty Clinic
Duties: All aspects of primary care and management of established patient panel. Chronic care management.
