Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Home health experience
• PT license in state of AR
• CPR certification

• No on-call or weekend requirement

Location Highlights

Salem, Arkansas offers access to the Ozark foothills and a quieter lifestyle in north-central Arkansas. The town is about 20 miles from Mammoth Spring State Park, where travelers can visit one of the state’s large springs and the historic Frisco Depot Museum.
