Occupational Therapist

Methodist Health System seeks an Occupational Therapist I to provide evidence-based therapy that promotes functional independence, safety, and quality of life for diverse patient populations. In this on-site role, you will assess functional and cognitive abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safe discharge. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, document care in the EHR, educate patients and families, and contribute to a mission-driven, faith-based culture that values compassion, learning, and professional growth.
