Inpatient Rehabilitation Registered Nurse

Encompass Health seeks a full-time Registered Nurse in Salisbury, MD to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will assess patients recovering from stroke, brain/spinal cord injury, and complex orthopedic or medical conditions, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor progress.
